Alcohol Statistics Scotland 2011 [PDF 2.0 MB]
22nd February 2011 sees the release of Alcohol Statistics Scotland 2011.
This biennial publication presents the latest available information from a range of national data sources relating to alcohol.  These include routine data sources and surveys.  The four main sections are: The Alcohol Market, Alcohol Consumption, Alcohol and Health Harm and Alcohol and Social Harm.  Excel tables are available to be downloaded: Further information

Local Drugs and Alcohol Information 2010
This publication, Local Drugs and Alcohol Information 2010 was released by ISD Scotland on 30th March 2010, and is a compendium of local statistics on alcohol and drug use, brought together from previously published national sources.  The statistics are primarily intended to provide easily accessible information to Alcohol and Drug Partnerships to support local planning and service provision.

Alcohol-related Hospital Statistics 2010 [PDF 127 KB]
This publication, Alcohol-related Hospital Statistics 2010, released on 23rd February 2010, presents the latest available information on alcohol-related discharges from general acute and psychiatric hospitals and provides an update on data presented in the Alcohol Statistics Scotland 2009 publication. Information on alcohol-related discharges from general acute hospitals is presented for period 2004/05 to 2008/09. Data on alcohol-related discharges from psychiatric hospitals is provided for period 2003/04 to 2007/08.

Alcohol-related hospital statistics [PDF 110 KB]
18th December 2007 sees the release of figures on alcohol-related hospital discharges for 2006/07 and alcohol-related psychiatric hospital discharges for 2005/06.

30th January 2007 sees the release of Alcohol Statistics Scotland 2007. This is the second publication of Alcohol Statistics Scotland. The publication brings together information on alcohol in Scotland from a wide range of sources. Topics covered are the alcohol market, alcohol consumption, social and health harm.

Local Alcohol Profiles 2006
Local Alcohol Profiles have been produced for each Alcohol Action Team (AAT) area in Scotland. The aim of these profiles is to compile available national data on alcohol problems for each AAT area.
