Alcohol-related Hospital Statistics 2010 [PDF 127 KB]
This publication presents the latest available information on alcohol-related discharges from general acute and psychiatric hospitals and provides an update on data presented in the Alcohol Statistics Scotland 2009 publication. Information on alcohol-related discharges from general acute hospitals is presented for period 2004/05 to 2008/09. Data on alcohol-related discharges from psychiatric hospitals is provided for period 2003/04 to 2007/08.
Alcohol Statistics Scotland 2009 [PDF 2.9 MB]
24th February 2009 sees the release of Alcohol Statistics Scotland 2009. This biennial publication presents the latest available information from a range of national data sources relating to alcohol. The four main sections are The Alcohol Market, Alcohol Consumption, Alcohol and Health Harm and Alcohol and Social Harm. Further Information.
Local Drugs and Alcohol Information 2008
This compendium of local statistics released on 26th February 2008 on alcohol and drug use brings together local data from available national sources. The statistics are primarily intended to provide easily accessible information to Alcohol and Drug Action Teams to support local planning and service provision.

18th December 2007 sees the release of figures on alcohol-related hospital discharges for 2006/07 and alcohol-related psychiatric hospital discharges for 2005/06.

Local Alcohol Profiles 2006
Local Alcohol Profiles have been produced for each Alcohol Action Team (AAT) area in Scotland. The aim of these profiles is to compile available national data on alcohol problems for each AAT area.
